With a lively spirit that rivals even the bubbliest dragons in Sornieth, Lyani is easily one of the most optimistic dragons across the realms. Brought up among the dragons of the Windswept Plateau, Lyani learned from an early age how to weave in and out of the drenching winds and appreciate the perpetually changing art of the heavens. Her countless close calls with death not only instilled an admirable sense of courage within her, but her nearly flawless flight patterns and energetic nature also created a sort of fearlessness; there were not many Wind dragons in Sornieth so willing to plunge into the eye of a twisting tornado or curl around the puffy patterns of a thundercloud. A true child of the Windsinger, Lyani prefers the freedom of the skies and everything it has to offer over the constraints of land. The Coatl often spent most of her days flying around the world, staying with a Shadow clan one night and a Fire clan the next. She has not only visited all eleven regions in Sornieth, but also made friends with every breed of dragon. Although she genuinely adores visiting the Shattered Refuge with her two closest friends Swift and Zephyrus, Lyani’s place has always simply been in the sky, no matter the region. Her ever-changing home was the very thing that gave her freedom, and with that freedom she never left any destination unexplored. Even though she never stayed in one place for long, one thing was certain about her: her headstrong attitude and bright personality never failed to make nearly every dragon she encountered take the time to appreciate the world themselves, and for that, even the Windsinger smiled at his child for truly bringing even the darkest dragons into the torrential wonders of Sornieth.by Munchcatto - - - - - - - -
