Mei is definitely an icy looking dragon. She looks so sweet, and yet the coat adds a certain sleek and urban look to her. The chains are probably the most interesting part of her. While they don't quite mesh with everything else, they do add a certain level of wonder to her. Why is she chained? Why are her wings frozen? Is she single - asking for a friend. Overall, definitely a good looking dragon.
Mei has an area of mystique around her. She seems like a traveler or shopkeeper with some secrets. The kind of dragon who would be a good mate and mother, but you can't help but wonder where the designer coat came from. Illicit dealings? A side mistress? Who knows?
