History
The night was young and hot, the sky an oil spill of darkness. A deafening cacophony filled the air as droves of ebon-winged crows swarmed by the thousands. Among them, their larger cousins the ravens, and even the occasional seeker croaked their foreboding calls into the wastes.

All at once, the flocks fell from the sky, dropping like flies into a writhing heap of dying birds. Their presence seemed to block out every other sensation as they wriggled into a shapeless funnel, creating something vaguely recognizable.

An archdemon, bipedal with contorting wings of endless, screeching bodies. His burning gaze fixates on the empty land, picked clean by hundreds of sharp, ravenous beaks. Shining trinkets adorn him, fire licking from the vents in his chest. Every step smokes and reeks of burnt feathers, his grand crown of horns glowing a vivacious vermilion hue.

The world of mortals seems to be where he has arrived, and Raum has big plans for those mortals.
