Biography

Rigel fled the Shifting Expanse after he led a demonstration to protest the reactor being built there. On his way out he hid in the Carrion Canyon from angry Lightning dragons and received word of new employment opportunities in the Southern Icefields.

He put his engineering skills to use for the Citadel, especially with their greenhouse, working on hydroponics systems and other tools to improve crop yield.
