Roosevelt

roosevelt is the soft, quiet, elegant type. hes secretly a big fan of hallow, and appreciates the scares his works give. he loves curling up with a good book, or listening to stories. his admiration for hallow mightve grown into something more if it werent for that pretty green imperial. he spent quite a while helping roosevelt look for a book, and it turned out itd been under his blankets the entire time. he wasnt upset at all, it seemed. in fact, the imperial smiled and said he was glad he got to spend time with roosevelt.

roosevelt never got his name, and is too afraid to approach him again. hes seen him around the lair a few times, but less and less frequently. roosevelt quickly realized he likes that green imperial, but doesnt know how to cope with his feelings. hes never told anyone about his attraction toward other males, and he doesnt want to start.

he wonders if hes overthinking things. theres no way that imperial likes him back, right? he didnt mean anything by it, right? theres no way. even if he did, it had to be platonic. he couldnt be gay. could he?
