xxxxA collector of knowledge forgotten to time. They hoard only secrets that others may not know. Their hoard is well guarded, but those who know how to ask and have something to offer may find themselves in possession of that which they should not know. They're willing to barter, but for a fair price, a secret of theirs for a secret of yours. Their only interest is that of the dark, mysterious unknown; that which has been hidden, or intentionally forgotten. The ancient and the old, the new and exciting; whatever they find they are sure to remember.
xxxxAs is the nature of being a collector of secrets, they spend their time with their nose in old books, seeking that which has been banished to only memories. Old journals, grimoires, and stories of the past. Despite being a prophet of the light, they are fascinated with shadows of time. Perhaps this makes them more true to light than those seeking sunshine, for part of light is the darkness is obscures and viciously fights away. Their home is the dustiest shelves of old libraries, and they will not touch books without a cobweb. But with all this knowledge they write nothing down, discovery of some things was never meant to be easy. |
 xxxxSome have theorized about their distant past, they seem to echo of ancient civilizations now long forgotten. They remember things before their era, and every time asked their story seems to shift and distort until it's not longer the same tale. Some say the differences in tale are due to a lapse of memory, others say they're no accident at all. One thing is clear, they're not from here.
