Cursed king of a fallen kingdom

Alistair once called himself a king with pride and childish glee, the kindgom he rules nurtured and raised carefuly by parents so foolish to think their young son, untaught and foolish, would lead what they created for him with the same care they had. Foolish, they were, just as he was childish. The way he rules wasn't cruel, it wasn't violent. but it was childish, loose and uncaring for consequence. Advisors were turned away by protective parents and advice from the same was ignored. A kingdom built carefuly would fall within mere years. A loose and uncaring hand would lead to crime, riots, rebels meaning to oppose the king and parents that would impose such a threat upon them, kingdoms far stronger would attack and Alistair would have no means of defense, without soldiers trained for such assault. His kingdom would fall, his parents would wither and sorcerers would take his body, to perform a ritual most forbidden

Alistairs eyes would open once more within a cave deep beneath the ground, eyes which should have been closed for good and a wound on his chest that should never have healed, yet it did. His mind would be a haze for year after year before he'd remember the disaster he wrought upon what his parents so kindly gifted him and he'd wallow in distress, regret and resentment for his own actions. The memory would haunt him, drive him to attempt to bring forth his own demise over and over, only to find that he could not die no matter what he tried, nor would he age as any other and his mind woul ddeteriorate with each passing time he'd try to die. his emotions would fade into nothing to protect himself after seeing faces he held dear pass away, nations burn and new ones build in their place. He'd isolate himself,turn away from any other being no matter how desperate.

He'd be a king broken for eternity}
