Main Theme:Panic Room

______ Neptune was born on a night with no moon, the air colder than normal for even the Southern Icelands. Her parents, leaders during her birth, were worried. She had not hatched yet while her siblings already had. Just as midnight was about to strike, whispers were heard from the egg. It wasn’t normal one bit, but before they could react out popped a black and blue imperial hatchling. This scared her parents, their colors being orange. Neptune had another odd feature, something they didn’t realize until a cloud covered the sky. Bright orbs covered her body. Upon further inspection, those orbs were her eyes, eyeballs covering her whole body. Her parents were horrified. They thought she was shade touched, sending her away as soon as the air warmed./color]

______ Neptune didn’t understand any of this, struggling for attention. Her parents didn’t even speak of her, keeping her hidden in their den. She spent the first week of her life there, often playing with her toys given so that her siblings didn’t have to mingle with her. They didn’t mean to be cruel, but feared the shade they thought was inside her. Neptune chose to run away before her parents could send her away, fleeing on a full moon. She wandered for a long time before getting tired. She went to sleep on a fluffy rock. It was rather soft, but she was so tired she didn’t question it. When she woke up she was surrounded by wolves. They seemed hostile, but Neptune was too cold to notice, nuzzling the one closest to her. It growled until it caught the scent of other dragons on her. The wolves fled, Neptune left alone again. She whimpered, falling back asleep. .

______ [When she came to again she wasn’t in the middle of snow anymore, somehow she as drifting aloft in the sea. She was terrified, having never seen the ocean before. She paced panickedly and after a while had no choice but to enter the water, her piece of ice having finally melted. She was greeted to all kinds of fish, The stones pink around, Neptune confused by everything she saw. She also was entranced, surfacing with a gasp. She looked around, the land also pink, large rocks all curving in the direction of an odd building. She looked around, her stomach rumbling. Neptune, after processing a little, began to hunt around. She tended to eat plants and bugs since those were far easier to hunt.

______ Soon she came near a clan by mistake, a large fluffy beast grabbing her out of no wherein dragging her in. She was still a rather small hatchling at the time, scared almost to death by the beast’s size alone. She was dropped at the feet of two dragons. One was a white and yellow pearl catcher with piercing green eyes. The other was a blue and green imperial who had kind warm green eyes. Neptune did her best to hide her extra eyes from them, but it was clear they already has seen them. While the pearl catcher seemed to dislike looking at her, the imperial couldn’t stop. He walked over and sat down infant of her. He chatted with her for a little bit, his laugh making her feel safe and loved almost instantly when she told him her story. He picked her up out of no where, an declared her his heir.

______ His name was Regal, and he was her adoptive father. William, the pearl catcher and brother of Regal, came around after a while and seemed to enjoy her company. No one loved her as mochas Regal, however. He seemed to not care one bit about her eyes, and enjoyed telling jokes, stories, and taking care of her. He seemed to sometimes forget his role as king at times, doing almost anything Neptune asked. He gave her the nickname of Nilla, an odd one but she loved it. Neptune felt odd as the heir to a clan she’d never known before, and feared the day her father and uncle would no longer be around, but does enjoy the warm bed. .

______ Neptune, unknown until she was far older, had an interesting power. She could mess with a dragon’s mental stability. She found this out when she was hanging around one dragon who was famous for not being sane. the dragon had hit their head and seemed to be in pain. Out of nowhere, Neptune got the feeling she could help and rushed over. When she finished healing, the wound remained. Neptune worriedly looked for the healer since she didn’t help. Once the dragon’s injury was cared for, it was clear something was off, the dragon who once was insane, wasn’t anymore. It’s clear she has no control over this, but it could easily be used to help.
