 As Nightrise, High Priestess and religious founder of the Moonchasers, grew older, Daae studied diligently beneath her. She changed her form in order to better match the Pearlcatcher that she so revered.

As the sun rose on her final day, Nightrise proudly passed the crown down to Daae, knowing that she would be a diligent spiritual leader. Daae had found herself reaching higher and higher towards the moon since the eve of her hatching, and although she'll never be able to fully grasp it until her death, she does her job with pride and the knowledge that her dreams will inevitably come true.

Though Daae would never pass the message to Nightrise through her occasional prayers, several previously indifferent clan members have sworn their allegiance to the moon since her rise to power. Daae is widely regarded as much more levelheaded and organized than her predecessor. 		Familiar: Driftwood Gem Guardian
