Sketch

Sketch grew up surrounded by books. The smell of paper and binding glue always made him feel at ease because of this. While the first thing he was taught was how to fly, the second was how to read and write. Ever since Sketch could hold the smallest of pens in his hand he was practising penmanship, grammar, and even how to draw. (Even if the latter was the least supported by his parents). Sketch finds himself at a loss of how to bathe due to what is considered strongly by his father to be a gift, and by his mother to be a latent sign of her shadow heritage: the stones that encrust his scales. They have been found to be easily and painlessly removed and, when placed in water, the source of a very fine ink. By this luck, he will never need to bring ink with him or buy it from another. He is his own supply.

From a young age Sketch always had a taste for adventure, reading countless stories of explorers and their fantastical exploits as a youngin. He finally decided to set off and see the world and eventually met the Wayfarer's clan. A group of wandering artists, storytellers and musicians. It didn't take him very long to choose to join and he was welcomed with open arms. He also closely befriended a young spiral named Dublin who had also only recently joined the Wayfarers.

Sketch has a large collection of journals where he records all the stories from his travels, which he can often be found adding to. They are his prized possession and they are all kept in pristine condition.
