Breezy is the Ticketmaster of the circus and is the one who people go to if they want to be admitted into the circus. He loves to make the tickets by hand and is delighted when the little hatchlings add their own drawings to it, putting them on display in his room for him to see when he wakes up. It helps motivate himself to work as hard as he can that day, and is often called the "busy bee" of the circus.

He, alongside Sasta, kickstarted the circus into what it is today. He helped her construct the tents and plan out various acts they would start out with, and often brainstorms with Sasta to figure out any new acts or performances they could come up with. He has a knack for finding talent in dragons with just a glance and using his smooth-talking abilities, he is able to convince them to join in the circus and help increase the size of the circus and selection of attractions. Breezy loves to create work for himself and find tasks for him to do to make sure he's never bored or without something to do. Although it's unknown what Breezy liked to do before he found the circus, everyone knows about his obsession with its well-being and helps keep it maintained and looks for any opportunity to improve it. Some guess that he didn't have much of a life beforehand, and upon finding an outlet to use up his energy, he dedicated himself to it as much as he can. |

| The Spiral loves to engage in conversations with anyone and can talk for hours on end, thinking of being friends with everyone as a task on its own. He especially likes Aoi's excitement to be in Breezy's company, although sometimes her actions towards him can be a little confusing. He wonders if there's such a thing as being "too friendly", but he doesn't have much of a mind to care or ask her about it. |
