Minister of Research Ash

^{Ash had once been a brave and intelligent dragon, clan Neverspine's very own Minister of Research, yet now she has spiralled down into a depressive, alcoholic pit over the loss of her valued pearl.}

Job

^{The Minister of Research is a rather self-explanatory title. Ash is in charge of the Research and Development section, making sure that everyone is doing their jobs and also managing the topics of study. She also specialises in alchemy, and can be found in the forefront of the alchemy research team, but tends to leave the medical team to do their own thing, as they manage well enough without her input.}

History

^{As a young child, Ash was always pushed to study hard, to become a scholar, to be the best in the her classes. While it shaped her into the intellectual she is, it also left her with crippling anxiety and perfectionism, which still to this day haunts her daily life and job.

On a quest to discover herself (or perhaps escape her overbearing family), Ash had travelled the world to learn about culture and experience new things. She took an interest in alchemy, and gathered knowledge and different techniques and recipes along her travels. The Scarred Wasteland had always intrigued her, what sort of culture would form in a place like that? She had to see for herself. She had settled in Neverspine for a bit and became the clan's alchemist, furthering her studies through experimentation, and she was deeply surprised when she was invited to join the newly-formed council.

Ash is one of the youngest in the council and is often disregarded for being inexperienced. The combination of stress from her high-profile job, disrespect from her peers, and the loss of her valued pearl, has caused Ash to spiral. Forgetting her responsibilities in the bottom of an empty bottle has only served to further the rift between her and the judgemental council members.}
