Ba'al Geddmore is a Yuan-ti pureblood sorcerer of Neutral Evil alignment, with a wry and sardonic personality. His modus operandi is built around subterfuge and deception; overall he is a stealthily insidious individual. He will worm his way into your good graces, seemingly on your side through and through...until he has what he needs from you.

When that time comes, expect a knife in your back or poisonous fangs at your throat. If you're lucky, he might make your death painless.

Ba'al is not afraid to get his hands dirty, and will largely carry out his own dirty work. Fiendishly intelligent and always four steps ahead of his enemies, anyone stupid enough to believe they're using him as a pawn won't live long enough to realize their folly.

That's not to say there isn't hope for this slippery snake...he recognizes universal threats and shows a remarkable adaptability and willingness to work together with others to solve them. At least, when he deems it in his own best interests to do so. Overall he commits actions usually defined as evil simply because he felt those means were the most expedient and direct way of obtaining what he wanted.

Also, despite his race being completely devoid of emotion...Ba'al isn't. He feels twinges of sadness, rage, love...where others of his kind wouldn't. Especially around a certain Fire Genasi monk who's currently enslaved in a brothel.

Overall, everything Ba'al does is with the intent of getting himself more power...hopefully enough to one day free his lover from the shackles of slavery.
