Soulforge is a stoic dragon. Quiet and strict, he takes his role as a member of the port guard seriously. He's not a very sociable dragon, preferring conversation to be short and to the point. He's good at catching lies, as he has trained his natural empath abilities to a razor-sharp accuracy. When off work, he enjoys journaling and will often sketch out interesting things he comes across in his day-to-day life. When Soulforge was young, his clan was attacked and destroyed by pirates. He, along with many of his clanmates, were taken aboard as captives of the ship. He was forced to live in terror until the crew was caught by a group of dragons hunting them down. They rescued Soulforge and the other captives and took them to Greenport to give them back their freedom. While many of his former clanmates chose to leave and restart their lives elsewhere, Soulforge chose to stay and join the port guard. He swore to never let something like that happen again, and has worked to keep the port safe ever since. |

And then finally swung back over to your main den and noticed this guy. Soulforge is so cool genuinely. I love his broadcast, I love his lore tidbit, I love that you dressed him so that most of his base color is hidden but then his accent is what shines out between his apparel. Everything about him is so neat. I had to take a few minutes also to figure out what was going on with his wingtips before I realized that was the accent, it's such a cool effect.

He gives me some sort of viking vibes and the scene in the background just adds to that feeling. The shoulderpad adorned with fur, the shield, bow and arrows hidden behind it... I love this whole aesthetic.

Last but not least is Soulforge! When I first saw him, I thought he was a robot/automaton of sorts. Something about the bright colors of the skin peeking through the browns of his armor makes me think of a porcelain doll, so I think that's where the robot idea came from. Regardless, his outfit is lovely. All the different armor pieces mesh well together, and match his teal and gold colors nicely.
