When she was a child, she pushed her siblings off cliffs. Now, she causes wars for fun. Tiny, little wars between clans of no significance, of course. Her duty was to not cause ripples. She had been chastised before, when her secrets caused regicide. Now she was good, a good goddess. One whose work amounted to little more than a sneeze. Oh, it was painful. It was infuriating. To take that faceless dragon's neck and wring it tight would be the purest desire of all.... but this form she took was no mere accident. The weak muscles were like the tightest chains on her power, the overlarge wings shackles. She was stuck to cause havoc on the mortal plane in a fae body, separated from her beautiful pets. Things could still be accomplished, events spurred on in a macabre fashion, and she was only the catalyst. It wasn't much, but it was something.

Stirring her bowl of shadows, she watched as longneck and dragon fought, teeth against leather. She watched the dragon rip into the longnecks body, and the blood splatter on her hide. Tearing away meat, she threw it to her hatchlings, who clambered for the pieces. Boring. Opening up her book and pulling out a piece of fur, she dangled it over the scene, before letting the fur rest on the bowl of shadows. It floated, for a little bit, before waves of shadows overcome it and dragged it down. Melting, moulding, behind the hatchlings, a face carved into the pile of fur. Dragging itself up, heavy hands formed just before the monster brought them down on the hatchlings. The mother screamed at the yeti, as it mercilessly killed the hatchlings. It was a grisly scene, but Eris kicked her feet and giggled at the entertainment. Oh, how the father will cry, as he returns to find blood on the walls and the bodies of his family. Pulling a thread of shadow from the bowl, she cut it and connected it to another, before placing it back. The yeti paused, a brief respite in his mindless slaughter. Picking up the longneck body, he picked up the spear and drove it through the dead mother. Grabbing the longneck by the hing leg, he dragged it away, leaving the scene. Eris knew what would happen next. The longneck clan was only a few hours away, and tensions had been strained.... ever since that mother picked out a longneck and killed it. Eris had tied that little string off with a bow, cackling as she wove the clans' fates together. There will be a war tomorrow.
