Laspi
"I'm happy to show you these skulls. I love them."
Black Wolf Pelt Squirrel Skull Bonewood Branch
A former tree warden, Laspi used to be strict and gentle. She was exiled from the Viridian Labyrinth after she failed to watch over a dangerous criminal, who escaped. After days of wandering, she found herself in the Tangled Wood, and her fur became tainted with cobwebs; her heart tainted with an unsettling darkness. While trying to find a way to the Sunbeam Ruins to cleanse herself, she came across another tundra, a child of the Shadowbinder. His name was Peregrine, and he introduced her to the clan where he had lived for most of his life.

To her surprise, the clan was rather willing to let her in, and to this day, she serves as the clan's warden, keeping watch over visitors and prisoners to make sure they do not escape. However, she has never recovered from the mania, always appearing to be in a blissful state. She has also taken a liking to taxidermy, and has a collection of mounted animals. She is watched by a spirit of nature, taking the form of a deer whenever it wants to communicate with her.

In more recent days, Laspi has become more and more of a sloth. Her strong connection with a deer spirit has caused pollen-inducing flowers to sprout up all over her wings. To her, this is an annoyance, as it means that her collection of bones and animals could be yellowed with pollen. She regularly cuts off these flowers in order to stop the spread of pollen, but in a few days, they grow back. The clan notes this behavior as odd for her, as the blooming of these flowers are the only time she is not happy.

As it was rather unsettling to see Laspi so unhappy, Peregrine started to work on a cure to get rid of the flowers. He thought that if he could cure it, then it would help him achieve his goal of curing his own disease. After months of trial and error, he finally found a concoction that worked, and the flowers had wilted and fell off. Now, Laspi continues to go on with life, as if it had never happened.
