Bioluminous Leviathans live deep in the Leviathan Trench. Their glowing runes allow them to see in the pitch black environment. Their thick hide helps prevent against the immense pressure of the depths while large amounts of blubber help insulate them from the freezing temperatures. Because of their bulk, these dragons cannot fly without magical assistance, and they even have a hard time setting foot on land before their weight begins to crush and suffocate them.

Slow-moving and solitary, these giants prefer to eat plankton and other small deep sea critters, though they will also scavenge sunken whale carcasses. Much like certain species of squid, Leviathans can communicate their emotions by flashing their runes. The brighter the color, the more intense the emotion. Water Flight dragons with the ability to produce natural light, Leviathans often find work ferrying visiting dragons to and from the Spiral Keep. Even native Water Flight dragons may need the added assistance. They are also very good to have around if one wants to go exploring for shipwrecks and other lost treasures.

Myrsky is a clever and reasonable female. The other clan members look up to her a lot. She isn't much for fighting but instead prefers to pass her time babysitting the children.
