The Shadow Original, Master of Espionage

a very private dragon, Azulea knows everything there is to know about the Clan. She's a bit prickly and can be a hypocritical teacher, but she's not the Espionage Master for nothing. She's Ruvyn's foil, dealing with the less straightforward, less savory aspects of keeping the Clan safe and running smoothly. She, Willow, and Ruvyn meet about every week, to confer and plan for problems or progress in the Clan.

Azulea is mildly pessimistic, so she has many Doomsday plans. Most are based on which dangerous individual in the Clan goes rogue and hurts the rest of the residents. She monitors activities in Daedalai's Library, making sure no experiments or dealings get out of hand and hurt innocent bystanders.
Other plans of hers have possible ways of dealing with an Emperor, the invasion
of large-scale forces of opposing Flights, Willow dying, Shade recurrence, and
about a hundred other possible ways the Clan's life could flip on its head.

Her Espionage classes focus more on manipulation than straight-up spying. While she does teach shadow-walking, assassination, and poison-making techniques, the bulk of class time is about making diplomatic situations more favourable, or smoothing ruffled feathers if a diplomatic situation goes talons-over-horns. Subtlety, deflection, and flattery are her weapons of choice when knives, poison, or her Shadowstrike aren't applicable.

When she's not planning doomsday fallout or teaching, she likes to hang out with Perlapoi and Shadeshimmer, the selfish and the cutthroat dragons of the Embassies, respectively. They make quite the trio. They also make the most effective petty revenge plans, and end up participating in the gods' prank wars more often than not.
