Keeps extensive gardens, she's highly skilled in the cultivation and use of many poisonous and otherwise dangerous plants -mostly used for healing, though she's been known to concoct deadlier compounds a time or two when needed. Her plague affinity serves her well in those pursuits.
Much of the garden is contained in several sprawling greenhouses set partially into the sunny side of a series of hills. Additional heat is provided by tapping the geothermal vents that are common to the area to keep the greenhouses at the optimal temperature regardless of the bitter cold beyond the glass walls.

Changed herself to fae to have an easier time tending her more delicate plants. As a snapper she dug out the gardens, prepared the grounds, and built the structures but her size (and lack of fingers) was no longer an asset once the heavy work was done.





Hated the dark eyes with Bar which has no almost markings on the face so the eyes are really really stark and tried to switch to one of the others 2 times no luck, but turns out pinstripe looks perfect on her! I was expecting the ugly orange accent color all the other baldwin genes have for this color but I'm so glad I checked because it's perfect for her sec/tert and the dark eyes look like they're no longer JUMPING OFF her face with the pinstripe markings to soften them.

Or maybe she's got a mate who's the one that keeps the plant-y familiars, any that are brought to the Southern Icefield whether by traders or travelers or who wander in on their own or are blown off course by storms find a refuge from the frozen wastes in the greenhouses where the steamy warmth, humidity, and vibrant plant life remind them of their homes in warmer climes.

I'm totally imagining that Snappers use their tongues to hold and manipulate everything now since they don't have fingers or hands that can grasp things. It's the only possible option their tails are too stubby to use.
