The clan calls no one place home. Their tents move, borne by the back of a massive Emperor known only as The Chariot. Whispers of rumor within the Wood tell you that the glory of the Exalted fuels this abomination's claws. Those who have caught glimpses of it between the trees speak of something deeper and far more complicated than the use of forbidden magic. Learning more means speaking with the clan's denizens. And if there is one thing known for certain, it is that you will have to catch them first. The City of Thieves is a refuge for all kinds of forgotten and forbidden magics. Akruht allows vagabounds , criminals and dark workers to coexist in Chariot as long as they follow her code:

1. Loyalty to the City and it's cause.
2. Protect each other as family.
3. Keep each other's secrets.
4. Renounce the perfection of the dieties.

This dragon is one of the few select brought back to life by a perversion of Blessing, the divine gift of Exalted dragons. Saimyasa created these.

Saimyasa's workers and assistants. Craftsmen and oddities from many different parts of the realm, all with one thing in common: access to forgotten or forbidden arts, and magic.

Blessed Link.
Dragons linked to an exalted in heaven, giving them special abilities and a twisted kind of immorality. Dragons who are exalted receive a Blessing of Ascension, which separates them from the rest of the population as Blessed by the deity they were exalted to. Some are endowed with energies specific to their tasks.

Akruht and Thrull seek to use these blessings to power the magic behind her city, and the reanimation that occurs inside. She seeks to steal the blessings from the exalts of other dieties for the creation of a sanctuary. "A new way to live. If we are all pieces of the gods, then we are invincible. We will be safe."

Shattered Thieves

The Shadowbringer is far more interested in seeing what Akruht and her Chariot will do to the dieties than stopping her. So, she allows Chariot to travel her lands. Her curiosity of what Akruht will do outweighs her amusement of what the gods will do to her...for now.
