HEKTOR • ASTRONOMER
Romantic • Soft • Excitable • Hektor is an astronomer that studies the stars. He and his partner Vesta learned many ages ago that they both shared the same interest in the skies above; they wanted to share with each other their discoveries. At first, they did this by sharing drawings of their observations with each other, due to Hektor being a Coatl. Hektor is only able to speak the Coatl language; Vesta cannot physically mimic the sounds in that language due to her status as an Imperial. It didn't help that Coatl ears were generally formed differently than other breeds ears. • He is now permanently bonded with Vesta, falling in love with her, making a sign language that they both could speak to each other so that they could communicate their love. He rarely leaves Vesta's side, and often acts almost hopelessly romantic towards her, becoming a very squishy Coatl when in her presence. Hektor and Vesta share a quite large den built into the rock face down in the cavern system, astronomy books and notes stacked high in the corners. He also likes to stargaze with her on top of the small mountain that the clan calls home; shooting stars always make him excited. |
