Biography

"The Starwood Strand holds too many mysteries to be observed by only one dragon."

Born in Ice territory, Daybreak moved to the Starwood Strand early in his youth, seeking new magical knowledge. The libraries in Arcane territory are rumored to be the best in the western portion of the continent, and for many years the knowledge contained within them have satisfied Daybreak's insatiable urge to learn. As an Arcane scholar, he has the ability to be a very powerful mage, but he has limited wells of magical energy to use, since he is an Ice dragon and not an Arcane dragon.

After he took Legacy and Steel in, he hid them from King Oran’s spies before joining them on their quest. He has helped enchant Legacy with runes of protection and strength, and he has proven to be a valuable member of their traveling party. He hopes to visit the Lightweaver’s libraries, once they settle in the Sunbeam Ruins.

Daybreak is often covered in frostbite hummingbirds, and they whisper to him whenever possible.
