Bloodrain Merciless bloodbathed killer It was raining when he first appeared, thunder booming and lightning crackled across the sky. The youngsters cowered in fear behind Mama Lux, and the battlers dashed in front to the lair to defend their lair. Sivath snarled as a warning at the intruder, whose was covered from head to toe in blood. Several others echoed his sentiments, and unease spread throughout the lair. Blood soaked through his feathers, so much that even the heavy rain could not wash it away. It dripped slowly onto their lair entrance, staining the ground with a deep crimson. The blood was not his. Sforza and Pyre looked up from their corner, their interest piqued. Now here was someone who looked like them, whose eyes have the same bloodlust as they. But it was not for them to decide. No... not even the leader of the dark cult, Eha can say anything against Faerthurin's word. The imperial moved past hushed dragons to confront Bloodrain directly. A whimper was heard from the youngsters, and shushed by Lux. The clan leader stood tall and imposing, looking down at the coatl who stared defiantly back. "Why are you here?" he asked piercingly, tense and guarded. There was a brief pause, where everyone held their breath. "To find a home and shelter," he drawled in a singsong voice, obviously unused to draconian. "I was told of a clan that accepts dragons of any kind," murmured Bloodrain, his gaze falling on scarred Pyre and blood-stained Sforza. "Or is my presence unwelcome?" The towering Imperial stood silent for a while, while he gave a dismissive toss of his head. The sentries relaxed and fell back, it seemed like the tension eased somewhat. "You may stay," said he, voice loud and clear even over the rumbling thunder, "but if you choose to harm any one... ..." he trailed off, as if he couldn't think of a punishment great enough.
