Keeping Cerar Oriya's workforce and machinery organized and functional is a tall order. Luckily for him, Orar'ad enjoys a challenge.

The Boss is not interested in having priests or worshippers, per se. He does, however, require a very large workforce. More often than might otherwise be expected, the Lightning devout find themselves in positions that could accurately be described as "middle management."

Orar'ad is, on paper, a part of the Temple district of Cerar Oriya, but his actual function is managing all of the personnel that keep all levels of the City running, and he reports directly to the Shining Prince. He wouldn't play favorites of course, but he has been quite impressed with Mirdala's aptitude with the Pneumatic Systems, and he's keeping a keen eye on her professional development.
