Wind Flight - The Beginning

Aisling, while not shy like her brother and hatch-mate Arman, was rather solitary. Happy to slink back in the shadows of the clan. Happy to lay curled up next to her father and stares for hours on end at the sky. The stars were his stories, her books. In them she read the past, the present and the future. An old soul, mature before her time, she has always pursued the mysteries of the stars and would become agitated and volatile whenever clouds obstructed her view, and dislikes the daytime as the sun also hides them away. Quirky enough to stand out even among a clan full of quirky dragons. She could have left long ago to follow the paths laid out in the stars... but Arman depended on her. So she waited until he finally embraced his own path and journey. She knew her's could never really start until his did. She left with a smile upon her lips with the farewells and blessings of her parents and the Clan of her Birth.
