Biography
You enter a laboratory, clearly well-taken care of, but no less creepy. A large cauldron is placed in the center of the room, bubbling away and glowing bright green, the only source of light in the room. The floor is made of stone, cracks in the tiles the only indication that the lab is older than appears. The walls are lined with tables and shelves, numerous ingredients staring back at you (quite literally, in some cases): podid claws, chimera fangs, squirrel skulls. It's chilling to see so many animal parts. Perhaps you'll be next.
You hear the heavy clinking of metal against stone. A skydancer enters, walking mechanically. His body is covered in metal, a creature that is half dragon, half robot. He spots the stranger in his doorway and attempts what appears to be a smile.
"Hello, I am Neo," the dragon speaks in a robotic manner. "Are you here to partake in our latest experiment?"
You are lesd than enthused, to say the least. Neo notices your reaction, head tilting to the side with confusion. He does not compute.
"You do not agree." The dragon looks down, eyes glassing over as he internally searches his database, trying to find a reason for your presence.
"You are here to trick-or-treat," he notes after several moments. It is a statement, not a question. He is sure this time.
"I am not very good at these... games," the skydancer stumbles over his words, trying to speak in a way that might make the stranger feel more at home. "I cannot help you. But perhaps he can."
Neo turns to one of the numerous shelves lining the walls, reaching for a black and red collar, and presents it to you.
"Enjoy your holiday."

...about. Here we see Pestilence's newest creation: a cyborg named Neo for his rebirth and new beginning. Neo was reconstructed after a vigorous battle with the beast clans left him tentatively clinging to life. Numerous body parts had been damaged, or lost altogether to the wicked beasts he faced; not even his brain survived the attack, and he was left with a severe case of amnesia. Luckily, our friendly neighborhood doctor collected the death-stricken dragon and gave new life to a creature--half-dragon, half-robot--that has grown to be like a son to him. 
Neo specializes in the research and experimentation of new technology within the clan. He is responsible for the inventions of etc, etc, etc. Mauris pretium est iaculis massa vulputate fringilla.
