Biography
Queen Qimmiphu
» No one ever could withstand the Queen’s wrath, much less her brutal punishments. Those who were weak and those who committed treason, those who whispered false secrets and sowed seeds of distrust within the kingdom were all exiled to the farthest reaches of Sornieth.
» Left to rot, the solemn heavens are their only companion, the moon, sun, and relentless downpour as unforgiving as the presiding monarch. However, Qimmiphu admires and respects those who rose to the top of society, pushing through barriers of expectations and heaps of disappointment- just as the great Queen Qimmiphu once did.
» The Skydancer grew up in a prosperous family, one that controlled many swaths of land, rushing channels of water and great fields that stretched and baked under the sun for as far as the eye could see.
» A family with strong ties and strict rules kept Qimmiphu from rising to the top. Despite being one of the eldest daughters, her parents only regarded her as a slave, a mere servant to carry out their duties and chores. Only the best were fit to rule, and her progenitors did not see the Skydancer as one of them.
» It would take many years of pushing, disagreement, and debating to heave Qimmiphu’s guilt-laden body into her iron-fisted reign. Many were shamefully sent to serve beneath the Plaguebringer, a majority of which were her siblings, whom stood in the way of her ascent to power.
» However, one sibling withstood her anger, understood her drive and dedication. Oaku was the only sister born to Qimmiphu’s family who accepted her as she was, the one who underhandedly lifted her sister on her strong shoulders into the golden rays of queenship.
» The struggles of Qimmiphu’s rise to power still remain within her deep, selfless eyes, eyes that tell a greater story than the one told by her crown.
