Microlore: She was born seemingly healthy, though shortly after adolescence occurred she became increasingly ill. She gained weight, broke out in blemishes, grew feathers where most skydancers do not have any, and otherwise seemed in the grips of malaise. She no longer shined the way she had in her youth, and her parents took her to see a number of healers, both in and outside her birth clan.
Eventually, she was diagnosed with PCOS. A series of internal cysts was wrecking havoc on her body's ability to regulate its hormonal output. Under the guidance of healers, she has worked hard to bring some balance to her life, through medications and lifestyle changes. While she is still more tired than she was in her youth and less cheerful, she has fewer mood swings and her complexion has started to clear. She has been advised that it may be unsafe for her to mother a nest, which is not something she has fully addressed internally. She is not sure she was ready for her health to determine whether or not she would ever be a mother.
Though she is frequently fatigued, she has labored to become a healer herself. As an OBGYN, she specializes in the health of members of her clan who may lay eggs, regardless of their gender. She wants to help others heal from similar difficulties of her own, as well as share in the brightness that is nesting and the various stages of internal egg development. She is a welcome addition to her patients' lives, though she does not often have energy for social pursuits, which renders her feeling a bit disconnected from her clan in general.
