Caveguards work in pairs, tirelessly flanking the entrances of underground lairs and labs- except in Square Toe. Though Kimball and his partner are as devoted as any other couple, the logistics of guarding this particular cave call for a slight change in routine.

In this clan, one guard watches the main entrance to Square Toe Cave while the other patrols the tunnels in the far back of the library. They take turns, of course, but Sterling gladly snags entrance duty whenever she has the chance. There's so much less to do, and more time to read.

...Which isn't to say that Sterling is lax at her work. But when only five or so dragons are allowed in and most of the rest have no interest in getting in, there's not a lot to do but unlock the door to let them in and unlock it again when they're ready to leave.

Symmes is a fisherman, and one of the few dragons allowed down in Square Toe cave. Sterling doesn't know much about his past, only that something about it makes him nervous underground. 		olHEvfb.png

Square Toe Cave is the only place around humid enough for the clan's resident mushroom farmer to work. Consequently, Bruc is early to work and late to leave it. Sterling would call this admirable if her hours didn't depend on his schedule. 		olHEvfb.png
