Apparel: black tulip corsage+lei+crown, blue birdskull wing+leg, night sky leg silks, teardrop lapis lazuli belt, twilight colony, dusk rogue cape, sapphire woodbrace, blueberry plumed headdress.
MAYBE regal masque, sapphire woodmask.
Might prefer slightly brighter Glimmer?

A long time ago a pair of a Wildclaw and a Snapper managed to infuse their eggs with a magical trait. At least they tried to. Aiming to create an actual flying snapper, the pebbles inside their eggs just grew sparkling and more evil and fierce looking than every other dragon in their realm instead! The furious little dragons were out of their minds and attacked everything they saw once they hatched. The pair knew they had made a horrible mistake: still they loved their children more than anything and couldn't hurt them whatever bad thing they were up to.
So they set up a plan to learn them tolerance and forgiveness. Teaching with full vigour, they started to behave more reasonable. Even if the hatchlings never managed to embrace those social skills fully, they knew, to let the sheer evil in themselves grow, would make them end up very lost and very dead. A small group of those infused hatchies started calling themselves Hawks eyes - as fierce as the eye of a hawk, as shiny as the gemstone “Hawks eye”.
