______ Iit's frigid upon the hill, causing visitors to be scarce. Not that anyone in particular is searching. In fact, those who do come in search of something may never find it. Up the stairs, briefly into the woods, over the small stream pass. On the other side is a small shrine, hardly large enough for any dragon to stand beneath.
And in there lies a small statue, the shape of a small dragon curled up with its face upon its tail,
as though it is resting. Perhaps it was. Snow is lightly swirling in the air, causing the air to become more crisp with the cold. A few flakes find their way into the small shrine and land upon the statue within. The flakes stick for a moment, but are quick to melt. Perhaps it's due to the wind.

______ Relic's original name is not known,
and only few pieces of information exist about his past. He appears to have been a dragon suffering from long extended opal, the cause of which cannot be known without probing further.
It appears that, as he was starting to come to terms with the fact that his life would be cut short in an all too easy to notice way, he seeked out this area to be his place of final rest. By this point in time movement had likely become difficult, as the dragon's bones were likely beginning to crystallize. And thus he sought out the shrine by the forest creek, up in the snowy hills, where perhaps he hoped to fade away silently, where his new crystal coating could be one with the snow.
