Nepoli is an odd dragon, as his cat-like tendencies and characteristics make him stand out and be perceived as unusual or even dangerous. However, he typically dispels such worries with his kindhearted nature and jokes he likes to tell. He can't communicate through words, but he has developed the ability to write and will pass around notes of the newest pun he came up with to anyone who walks by him. The Coatl would never get offended by the pained groans of those who read it, but instead takes satisfaction in their suffering.

The dragon was first found in the Starwood Strands taking care of his three "cubs", which caused much confusion for the scouts that found him. He was taken into the clan to help him support his daughters as well as try to answer the questions the clan members had about the nature of Nepoli. However, as much as they pried, he would always refuse to answer anything relating to a previous mate. Eventually, the clan had given up and accepted that Nepoli was Nepoli. He would always pay close attention to his daughters and made sure they were well cared for. The only times where Nepoli turned aggressive were times where he felt his cubs were in danger, though it he always gets defensive around an unfamiliar face that approaches them. Once he deemed the suspicious dragon as friendly, he puts on a happy face and tells his best jokes to make up for his aggressions. |

x x To no one's surprise, Nepoli is typically found around the Nesting Grounds and likes to hang around parents that are expecting or have recently hatched a child, and offers himself as a godfather to help take care of that child. As a true father at heart, he finds himself at peace when he's around children and help lighten the burden of the parents, and never finds himself tired of taking care of them. Sadly, the clan believes that this is to help fill his heart after the loss of his mate, as the amount of happiness the dragon seems to radiate seems unrealistic... |
