Akili is a Rabid Griffin who Flow rescued when they were just a cub. They are defensive and have a short fuse, but have such unique patterns that inspire Flow and they can always find new ways to style things. It's not doubt Akili has had to help Current out of some tough situations. They make a great playmate for Jaenna.

All Flow had when she was hatchling was her cold hearted mother. Her mother wasn't intending to have any nests and didn't really want one, but she kept the one hatchling she had, Flow. She taught her everything she needed to know, she wasn't allowed to go out and play, any entertainment time was listening to classical musical or watching a very scientific movie. Flow couldn't even play with her mother's familiar as he was just as strict as she. Flow, being very bored with her life, knew from a young age she wanted to leave and pursue a career she loved, and to have a large family. Both of which came true. On her journey to the big city where now presides, she met a Akili who was tangled up in some brambles and was choking themself trying to get free. She saved them and they joined her on her journey.

After Flow had got a reputation as an apparel designer, she had a client come in who needed a new suit. He was a rather charming Coatl named Current. She made his suit and he was so overjoyed he spread the word of her business across the globe. Being so grateful she crafted him a cane, ring and monocle to match his suit, and some new apparel for his familiar Jaenna - who got along rather lovely with Akili. The two became mates not long after and now have a large family consisting of their hatchlings, Current's aunt and Flow's mother.
