??? is the odd and mysterious head manager of Ship's Haven, running reception and overseeing ongoings within the Inn. Many wonder if she’s been a hairdresser or a bartender before - has great talent in luring information out of others, whilst keeping details of herself vague and elusive. Knowledge is power, and she always builds up hers. She's not a gossiper either, so whatever embarrassing secret she managed to weasel out of you will stay safe with her. What good is that information to her, anyway? Entertainment, obviously.
Prefers dragons who are pacifists and don’t start meaningless fights, as well as those who are naive and gullible. She finds them very cute. Enjoys messing with them, especially hatchlings. Attempts to counterattack are futile, her knowing smirk of confidence gives her no openings.
All her teasing and bullying is lighthearted, with no malice nor harm. Even if to the dragons receiving it, it is an awfully frustrating ordeal.
Always smoking, always relaxed. She doesn’t seem to lose her cool even when the situation calls for it. Very intuitive, attentive and quick to thinking. Reserved, doesn't waste her time on white lies and sugarcoated drivel.
Due to her nature of being extroverted and laidback, the Inn reception is designed more like an apartment's living room - where ??? can be seen lounging about, communicating with guests and employees alike instead of standing behind a counter.
Rumor is that she's much older than she appears.
