Archmage Volcatros

^{Old, wise, and friendly, Volcatros highly enjoys teaching the hatchlings about history and magic, and happily plays into the role of "kooky old mad man". Although he tends to be goofy, get on his bad side and the world will know.}

^{Volcatros is a living encylcopedia. His knowledge is vast; encompassing a variety of topics, many of which might surprise people. His specialties are history and the arcane, and he essentially acts as the advisor in the council, inputting valuable information to help the council come to a sound conclusion. However, in an event involving magic, Volcatros takes the reigns of the discussion, as he knows more about magic than anyone else at the table.}

History

^{Born to nobility, Volcatros was always an ambitious young dragon. Every since he was old enough, he sought out the strongest and most prestigious mages to apprentice under. He wanted to outdo all of them and become the best, climbing the ladder slowly to the top. For a time, he even managed to work directly under the Arcanist himself, in The Observatory.

His childhood friend had been Sees-All, whose family lived temporarily in the Starfall Isles. Unfortunately, she had to move away, and Volcatros moved on in his life. His love life had been on and off, he never seemed to find the right dragon to settle permanently with. One fateful day, while at a convention for new scientific and magical discoveries, he met his old friend Sees-All.

At this point, Volcatros had already been appointed a council member at Neverspine after hearing word of them and travelling there to lend aid. Impressed by Sees-All inventions, he invited her back to Neverspine with the promise of providing a lab, workers and investment. He followed through on his promise, and with some work behind the scenes, managed to convince the leader to get her a seat as a council member.

He teaches hatchlings in his spare time with educational games.}
