The watcher in the night has many eyes, but what is she watching for?

Tionas' role in the City Guard is, by necessity, secretive. She answers only to the Captains of the Guard, and by extension, the Radiant Princess. Most residents of Cerar Oriya have no idea that she exists, and that is the way she prefers things.

In her younger days, Tionas was one of Cerar Oriya's finest field agents. These days, though, most of Tionas' time is taken up by meetings, paperwork, and other administrative details. She relies heavily on her own agents' reports, and they in turn have a wide network of informants and plants that relay information on all the secret comings and goings of the City. She considers herself to be locked in mortal combat with the criminal kingpin known as the Spider, and her single-minded focus on his activities has left her no time to seek out corruption and grift elsewhere.
