Origin
Steampunk was an android created by project. He was specially made to create other android and is basically a walking toolkit. He created many androids during his time at project, however he built his own demise. He created improved versions of himself, and they were so much better that project decided to scrap him. They erased his coding, his circuit gene, and threw him into a scrapyard in the Crystalspine Reaches. As such, he went into a state of hibernation, his system missing the coding that gave Steampunk his purpose. He remained inactive for 2 years, parts of him slowly deteriorating, revealing his gears and wires. Eventually, he regained consciousness and fixed himself using scrap metal, which now shows as his opal gene, as well as making a few improvements. Steampunk then made his way towards FL/GHT and became an innovation medic. He strives to defeat the organization that discarded him and other members of FL/GHT.

[REBOOT SUCCESSFUL...NO ERRORS DETECTED...INITIATING STARTUP]
[STARTUP COMPLETE...RELEASING FROM HIBERNATION...]
Steampunk opened his eyes with a gasp, his eyes taking in his surroundings. He tried to stand up and immediately fell back down, his legs not used to his own weight. Where...Where am I? He thought, lifting his head into the air to scan the area. He appeared to be in some sort of abandoned warehouse, piles of scrap metal all around him. Giant pink mountains loomed around him, creating a sort of valley around Steampunk. It seemed peaceful, but something else told him to be wary.
Steampunk finally managed to stand up, the sound of metal scraping together filling his ears. He looked down to see parts of him were open, gears and wires sticking out in odd ways and in places where they shouldn't be. A few of the gears cut into his metal scales, fuel trickled out of the cuts the gears made.
[WARNING: ENERGY AT 75%, DEPLETING QUICKLY]
The error message screamed in Steampunk's head, causing a headache to form. He tried to walk to a scrap pile, the world spinning. He finally hobbled over to one of the piles and leaned on it, trying to get rid of the dizziness.
[WARNING: ENERGY AT 50%]
Steampunk grabbed one of the nearest pieces of metal, a shiny sheet that was a cream color, and placed it on the ground in front of him. His eyes projected a shape onto the metal and he quickly began cutting it with his claws, which were sharper than they should be. Eventually he had cut out the piece and quickly pressed it at the largest cut, which was draining the most fuel. He took one of his hands used another of his enhancements, a built in welding torch. Steampunk began attaching the piece of metal to himself, and eventually sealed the wound.
[WARNING: ENERGY AT 45%, SYSTEM GOING INTO POWER SAVING MODE IN 50 SECONDS]
He began to cut and seal the rest of his wounds with metal until every wound was sealed and no more fuel was leaking out. The dizziness had faded and Steampunk breathed a sigh of relief.
[ ENERGY AT 40% ENERGY AT STABLE LEVEL. SEEK FUEL SOON.]
The message played in Steampunk's head as he regained his balance. Fuel...There must be some fuel around here... Steampunk began searching around for some fuel, while also collecting some scrap brass pieces. Eventually he entered the building and gasped. The building held all sorts of necessities, fuel, welding torches, light bulbs, and more. He began walking around and ran his claws over the tools. He eventually came over to a table that had a blueprint and an odd shape on it. Steampunk came over and saw the object, it appeared to be an unfinished tiny dragon. The blueprint next to it contained the steps to completing it. Steampunk tilted his head at it, a wave of sadness filling him. Who would start a project and never finish it? He sighed and got to work.
Steampunk gathered the metal and began welding it, slowly making the dragon's wings. He then constructed the tail and fingers before getting to the part that he was dreading, the core. He gathered some materials, some glass, a light emitter, and went over to a furnace. He began blowing the glass, shaping it into a sphere that would fit in the robot's chest. He put the light emitter in and used the powers from his electrical alignment to turn it on. A bolt of red lightning shot out and Steampunk smiled. He put the core in the dragon and welded it in.
He then began working on a gauntlet of sorts, something that would allow his to active the robot with the squeeze of his hand. He foraged the gauntlet from the same metal as the dragon and carefully made another core, one that would connect the lightning bolt. Finally, he put the gauntlet on and activated it, the little dragon came to life. It flew around him and chirped, Steampunk smiled at the sight of it.
After about a week of staying in the scrapyard, Steampunk had gotten used to staying there. With the materials laying around he'd managed to weld some brass armor. He'd also found enough fuel to last him a while, but he would need to leave soon. However, he began seeing strange shadows pass over him, but he never found who or what made them. It was worrying, after all the shadows had been there for about three days and Steampunk still didn't know what was making them.
The fourth day came around and there were no shadows. Everything was eerily quiet to Steampunk, even though there normally was some noise. Something is wrong... Steampunk thought as he began searching the scrapyard for anything suspicious. He found nothing out of the ordinary, so he returned back to the warehouse. As he got about half way, a message rang through his ears.
[.- .-. . / -.-- --- ..- / .-.. .. ... - . -. .. -. --. ..--.. / -.-. .- -. / -.-- --- ..- / .... . .- .-. / ..- ... ..--..]
The signals appeared to be Morse Code, and each one was the same message. "Y-Yes?" Steampunk said, unsure of who was asking. The signals stopped for a second, and then a new one played, just as cryptic as the last one.
[.- .-. . / -.-- --- ..- / .- -. / .- -. -.. .-. --- .. -.. ..--.. / .-- .... --- / .- .-. . / -.-- --- ..- ..--..]
"I'm a normal dragon." Steampunk said. He wasn't about to tell whoever was sending these signals his secret. "You don't need to know anything besides that." The signals stopped yet again and then spat out another message.
[.. ..-. / -.-- --- ..- / .-- . .-. . -. .----. - / .- -. / .- -. -.. .-. --- .. -.. / -.-- --- ..- / .-- --- ..- .-.. -.. -. .----. - / -... . / .- -... .-.. . / - --- / .... . .- .-. / ..- ... .-.-.- / .-- .... --- / .- .-. . / -.-- --- ..- / .-- .. - .... ..--.. / .--. .-. --- .--- . -.-. - ..--.. / ..- -. .. - -.-- ..--..]
Steampunk froze. He didn't know that normal dragons couldn't hear these signals. "O-Ok, I am an android. But I'm not with either of those organizations that you said." During the past week Steampunk had been going through his system's logs and found out that he was an android made by project, a worker in their facility, a maker of androids. However, he was soon scrapped by project and replaced by his own creation. According to his logs he had been in a hibernation like status for over two years, and somehow his system awoke him. "Project scrapped me, I've woken up after being in a hibernation-like status for two years. I managed to fix myself and I've been here for about a week. Who are you?" The signals were silent and Steampunk could swear he could hear whispering.

"How do I prove myself?" Steampunk asked. He was trying to pinpoint where the signals were coming from, but it was no use. It was like the signals were coming from inside his head.
[...]
The signals were silent. Steampunk patiently waited for an answer.

"But who are you? How do I know I can trust you?" Steampunk said. If traveling to those coordinates would be his way to prove himself, he would go. However, he wanted to make sure he wasn't flying into a trap.
