WISTERIA

Wisteria isn't the most sociable of dragons, preferring to spend the days tending her plants. Her greenhouse was once an old solarium, the most-intact part of what once must have been a beautiful house. With Parfait's help, she replaced the broken glass and carefully caulked the new panes in place. They repaired the floor, added entrances, and imported Viridian soil and seeds.

Stepping inside the greenhouse is like stepping into another world; it's not much hotter inside but the increase in humidity is immediately noticeable. The pots and planters are crowded with exotic flowers and fruits, along with plenty of medicinal herbs and spices. It seems like an appalling waste of water, but truly isn't; the airlock-style double doors and tight fit between the stone and glass keep loss to a minimum, and as the rest of the clan agrees, it's truly worth it.

Though there aren't many hatchlings in the clan, Wisteria takes it upon herself to tutor them when her time allows. They may not learn ancient history or complex maths, but every child in Square Toe can read, write, subtract and add, and find every flight territory on a map, at the very least.

Wisteria and Chow are two of a kind- that is, the kind that doesn't like a lot of conversation. Wisteria gives over a little bit of greenhouse space to the Imperial, who nearly fills it, to grow fancy fruits for pastry fillings.

CHOW

Kerry comes by every so often, to help weed and tend the plants. As much as Wisteria likes to work alone, it is a two dragon job sometimes.

KERRY

Wisteria was never one to believe in ghost stories, but the occasional glimpse of a white, floating form among the flowers could make anyone wonder. Her visitor never says a word, but appears by the roses on new-moon nights.
