Biography

He likes his fez and also fluffy things.
He's a plague dragon because he has an infectious laugh (get it?).
Regularly preens himself to keep his feathers/wings shimmering and good-looking. And, more importantly, effective.

He got sick as a hatchling and, abandoned by his clan, found his way over the border to the windswept plateau. This clan found him, and let him stay while he recovered. Since then, he is still very competitive (as plague dragons often are) but he no longer is involved in the survival of the fittest... He barely made it the first time and has no desire to become sick again
An early battle accident left him with damaged feet possibly? Well, something happened but the other dragons don't pay much attention, as being a dragon in the windswept plateau places emphasis on flying over walking, especially near the twisting crescendo.
