Biography

Abia leads you to the clan's apothecary. She doesn't say much as the two of you go, but her wings are raised in a protective stance. Something was off with this apothecary, you got that hint almost immediately.
As you get closer to what you presume is his nest, the sound of muttering and crashes increases. The "nest" was nothing more than a large, wall-less lean-to with a multitude of fabrics thrown over the top that are long enough to create makeshift walls. Through the material, you catch glimpses of shelves with jars and other oddities covering every empty space.
Unease spreads through you and Abia sends you a sympathetic glance. She clears her throat and nudges at a covering. "Gharil? You have a visitor." With that, Abia retreats, leaving you alone with the apothecary. What was it even that you were going to ask him about?
After a few moments of louder grunts and murmurs, the aforementioned Gharil finally appears. The ridgeback is practically aflame with the green toxicity of the rot. Around him is not only there a hazebeacon hovering under under his wing, but there's a small, green nymph sitting on his shoulder. For any other dragon, the nose poking out of the bird's skull would be comical, but here it only gives you chills. You reel back, flinching away from him and immediately regretting your decision.
He eyes you up and down before retreating back inside his "office". You tentatively follow him, fighting back your instinct to turn and run. "Did you want something in particular? I have medicines and ointments, but take them at your own risk. I will need you to sign some paperwork if you are to buy anything."
