The Blue Queen
The founder of the clan, Rainflow is somewhat peculiar for a Fae. Unusually expressive, her voice lacks the monotony of most Faes. It's unclear as to why this is, but it's been described equally as unsettling as it has been called comforting.
She is a motherly figure to many in the Clan. Several dragons in the lair even refer to her as "Mom".
She records events in a journal she keeps on hand.
She also seems to hold a special copy of Tales of Terror. She'll often speak with it, asking advice. Surely it doesn't answer?
