Biography
S O L O T H R U N HE / HIM SILENT COURIERiiiiiieeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee |
Solothurn was one of a few words. He wasn’t someone to start a conversation with, opting on listening rather than saying anything. That didn’t hinder his relationships with other dragons though, in fact, anyone who’s tried to have a conversation with him tried harder to get him to speak. Solothurn was often amused at the attempts and would quietly gesture that he needed to be on his way. The only time he did talk was to hand someone their packages he was tasked to deliver and that was it. If he had no deliveries that day, he’s usually found in the clan’s bestiary. Solothurn liked being around the animals much more than he liked being around other dragons, simply because they did not demand him to speak. At first, the animals were rather wary of him because of his massive size but with some coaxing and high quality treats, the animals quickly warmed up to him. No one knew why he was like the way he was, though some had a theory that his mate’s exaltation was the reason why he felt no comfort in other dragons presence. Marianas was also a lover of animals and would often ramble on and on about the wildlife that lived around them. He thought she was silly when she told him that animals made much better companions than most dragons, yet he never voiced those thoughts. The last thing he wanted to do was to hurt his mate’s feelings. He also never visited the bestiary when she was around, too busy with deliveries to drop and meet the animals she called friends. That all changed when she was ready to serve the Lightweaver, the bestiary was the only thing he had left of his darling mate. He would see her every time he entered the den, see her interacting with the animals, feeding them, telling them stories or gossiping. Of course he never knew what exactly was she up to when she was around the animals but he could picture what she could of done very vividly. If he spent too long thinking about his lover, Solothurn finds himself overcome with emotions and is consoled by his lover’s animal friends. He appreciates the effort but their concern and comfort is not the same as Marianas’. Unfortunately, Solothurn could not mourn for too long. There were packages to deliver and no one but himself had that responsibility. Lore written by Sacrilegious |
