Artemis
Moon Oracle • Gen 0

Artemis was born with a powerful magic tied to the moon's phases unlike her normal elemental magic. Her visions started while she was still a hatchling, though most dragons tended to assume she was making things up or it was just silly dreams she had. Most often, they would claim she couldn't be seeing real visions because she wasn't from the Water Flight. She didn't let them damper her spirit. Artemis knew she was different.

As she grew older her visions became clearer. Her abilities sharpening themselves and growing stronger along with her physical body. The young skydancer still wasn't sure how she got these abilities or what made her so special, but she worked to hone them. Most of her clanmates still didn't believe her when she'd predict things- usually the future for dragons meant to do great things- due to the lack of proof any of it would come true... at least not soon after she'd see them.

Once she was old enough, Artemis delved further into the limits of her magic while exploring. She came to learn that her visions could be called upon rather than forcing her to sit around waiting for them to come to her. However, her magic also came and went with the phases of the moon. The visions never disappeared entirely but she always got the strongest and clearest visions on the full moon.

On her journeys she met another dragon like her by the name of Eyes. Unlike her, his visions depicted disasters. Together they began predicting the future together, combining their magic to show her bright futures as well as possible catastrophes. On top of working together as partners, the pair soon became mates. Their hatchlings also seemingly capable of telling the future using the same magic they did. Artemis watched as her bloodline grew with pride, observing how their abilities grew and changed overtime.
