You need 108 STR to Rally Eliminate (and also Scratch/Sap + Eliminate) all the monsters except bosses. 74 QCK allows you to get the Haste turn in the first round against all monsters. 40 VIT and 14 DEF is the best combination against bosses.

Elements

Wind is the best element if you want to fight the bosses: no weaknesses against the mages, resistant to the Wind boss (Crowned Roc) and effective against the Arcane boss (Roc). Nature, Fire, and Plague are also good: no weaknesses against the mages or the bosses.

Use Slash instead of Sap if the element is effective against the bosses.

You need 4 Rallied Eliminate + 3 Rallied Scratch + 2 Scratch to defeat the bosses (Rally Eliminate x5 + Sap x2 or Rally Eliminate x6 if you use Meditate) or 7 Rallied Slash + 1 Rallied Scratch if you have an effective element, so it's best to fight them at 70% health and 75% breath.

Health: 3x250 damage (Scratch) + 1x313 damage (Slash) /1550 = 1063/1550 = 68%

Breath: 4x35 (Eliminate) - 5x6 (Scratch) - 2x5 (Rally) - 2x5 (Haste) /120 = 90/120 = 75% 7x16 (Slash) - 1x6 (Scratch) - 2x5 (Rally) - 2x5 (Haste) /120 = 86/120 = 71%

Crowned Roc (Wind)

If you have Light, Shadow, or Water dragons use Blinding Slash, Mist Slash, or Wave Slash. Only Water and Wind dragons are resistant to Gust Slash; avoid this boss if you have Arcane, Earth, or Lightning dragons.

Roc (Arcane)

If you have Earth, Nature, or Wind dragons use Rock Slash, Jungle Slash, or Gust Slash. Only Arcane and Nature dragons are resistant to Rune Slash; avoid this boss if you have Light, Lightning, or Shadow dragons.
