- - - This dragon was hatched on the date of Cassini's entry into Saturn's atmosphere. During this event, Cassini returned information about the composition of the planet's makeup until it was lost to its gravity. This includes information about:
  • The planet's magnetic activity.
  • The composition of the ice from the rings being brought into the planet by its magnetism.
  • Obtaining imagery previously considered too risky to the integrity of the spacecraft.
