You find yourself in a forest the likes of which you've never seen before. The sky is the exact shade of purple that it takes just before the stars emerge at dusk, and has been that way the entire time you've been here. Occasionally wisps flit in the corner of your eye, though they are gone when you look directly at them. This place is magical- very magical.

But then you hear a noise that is not all that magical- the frustrated "Uuuugh!" of a petulant kid. You follow the source of the noise to find a black scaled imperial hatchling standing in the snow. A dozen limp bundles of cloth are scattered helter-skelter around the area, some hanging from tree limbs, some in bushes, others lying in the snow. The imperial is in the process of yanking a white sheet off of his head.

"Why?" he yells to nobody. "Why is it so hard to pick a costume! I'm never gonna be ready on time!"
