Rosiel never had a clan to call his own. Abandoned as an egg, he never knew a mother's love or a father's protection. There were no clutchlings to play with. Just the lonely big world, for such a tiny dragon. Rosiel is small, even by fae standards.

The poor hatchling wandered the shores of the Sunbeam Ruins, wondering what had befallen his family, why it was that he was doomed to a life of solitude without clan or mate. That was when he saw her. A flash of white sparkling near the water's edge. At first he thought her a very large pearl, but as he flittered closer her head rose and the deepest, bluest eyes opened and gazed dreamily over the sands.

He fell in love immediately. It took weeks for him to finally gather the courage to approach her, this lovely water fae. The lost light fae was even more pleased to discover that his love was as beautiful on the inside as out, full of kindness and grace. When they finally did speak, he discovered that she had noticed him that day, and she was struck by his beautiful colors. Rosiel rarely leaves his Seraphina's side, and has found his own strength in supporting her in the clan, being a small but quiet force she can rely upon. His past has earned him the nickname "Son of the Light". He was approached one day by a guardian bear (Thorin)...he calls him a gift from the sun, to further help him in supporting his love.
