Watchstone Marmorea Hatchling Minder | Neutral Good | Kind-Hearted But Will Also **** You Up  Watchstone runs a small daycare out of her home in the Brilliant Cascades, not far from the commune's area. She's an older woman, quiet but kind, with a condition not unlike the opal gene (though to a much deeper and more widespread extent) that makes her joints stiff and difficult to maneuver. She suffers from chronic pain as a result. She does an amazing job regardless, and has acquired a very positive reputation, but has hired Kelby to assist with some of the more physically daunting tasks-- wrangling wily hatchlings and all that. Care of her caliber doesn't come cheap, but if someone in need is unable to pay, she's been known to watch their kids for free. She gets customers from all around-- Santa Solare, Rainbow Cove, the Beacon, and even the BCAZ, and is happy that the hatchlings, who often come from different places and backgrounds, get to associate with one another; privately, she hopes that this newer generation will be a bit less vitriolic to one another as a result. Watchstone has lived in the BC area for as long as pretty much anyone can remember, even when Shadow dragons were less welcome. She weathered the hate and stayed, regardless, for the sake of her late mate, Deluge. By the time he met his end in a workplace accident, she had grown accustomed to the area-- and, indeed, the area had grown accustomed to her, with most residents having grown fond of her despite her homeland. She and her clutchmates were the product of an affair-- with all of her clutchmates, and her father, having since passed on, she's become her family's only reminder of the unfortunate incident. Despite this, she was loved greatly by them, and they still meet up once a year during the Mistral Jamboree, as her living parents and most of her siblings now reside in the Reedcleft Ascent.
