Tyre came to the clan clad in stripes-- but soon her skin cracked and shed to the condition and appearance known as "Ripple" by many dragons. She was happier before this change, excited to help the clan in need of a dragon interested in bartering and selling amongst other clans and at the Trading Post found in neutral lands, but this made her somewhat hollow. It did not hurt, no, but it certainly shook the young Wildclaw up. What had she done to deserve the sudden magic and change? A Sethis Alchemist bonded with her at this time (after she had shocked the shade-afflicted being out of that stupor) to see what had caused the change, he being interested in various dragon appearances and their magics and root causes, but nothing the normally toxin interested familiar discovered the cause of the change. She retreated into herself, scornful, bitter. The imperial known as Tyrian was no help, for everything scathing comment she made he made one higher towards her. She on the other hand had known something of Tyrian's past from her travels around while trading, and tempted him with this information, but never let it slip. The contention between them is bitter and strong. The only dragon that seems to have let her continue in her position is Flynn, as excitable and loud as she once was, he remains that type of character. They partner well with one another, Flynn being the opening seller or barterer, Tyre cleaning up deals with a hint of intimidation. This dynamic seems to work. It is rumored her sudden pelt-shift when she first arrived at the clan arose due to her bringing a certain trinket with her... a sort of Canopic Jar. Was it a curse? No one can say for sure. She does not speak of where it came from in the lands she has travelled in. |
