Biography
A former nameless guardian, Sempre spent years on end without a Charge. Just when she thought she might never find one, Banescales burst from the ground, complete with a tragic backstory, and in that moment the “guardian” was filled with purpose.
One breed change and a technicolor makeover later, it turned out Sempre didn’t have an all-consuming drive in life anymore—but maybe that was okay. Maybe the real Charge is the friends we made along the way...
Sempre is the current temple mistress and High Priestess of the Exhaltation temple. She and Zazu care for any dragons that will join the celestial ranks and teach them spells and rituals they need before they join the service of the Shadowbinder. Sempre takes her job very seriously, and although she is patient and kind she doesn’t tolerate disruptive behavior in the temple (Sitting on top of it and distracting everyone there -Mai) or around the “little godlings” (Giving them snacks and teaching them to gamble, Mai again!)For this very reason, if she spots Mai ANYWHERE near temple grounds she will chase her off. Zazu tends to sneak Mai back in because he feels bad.
